Creating Calm with the Feldenkrais Method
Creating Calm Using the Feldenkrais Method ®
Feldenkrais is about sensing the way we move and allowing our brains to make new neural pathways. We allow our nervous system to slow down by focusing and paying attention to what we can sense and feel, thereby reducing our “fight and flight” response.
This series of 4 specially chosen Awareness Through Movement ® classes will give you the opportunity to learn new tools to induce a more calm self.
Sue Ward is a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner with many years of nursing practice behind her. She knows only too well the importance of slowing down to be able to pay attention to the little things in life. These classes allow you to make distinctions and afford change in everyday activities.
