Feldenkrais: Be Flexible and Balanced

This class is open to all Sara’s Feldenkrais students.

Three introductory classes in the Feldenkrais Method. Come and see why the Feldenkrais Method is an ingenius way to improve all the activities of daily life. We will focus specifically on flexibility and balance in this short series.
