Feldenkrais Classes Term 4

Term 4 classes: More Balance Explorations with Jenny D'Cruz

Term 4 classes: More Balance Explorations with Jenny D'Cruz

More Exploring your dynamic potential in balance

Balance is a dynamic process. We may feel that we are balanced one moment and then it is gone. It is a constantly changing state of potential energy. This term we will explore how we may be holding ourselves tense in an effort to be stable and find ways to be more flexible or mobile. As we learn to organise our movement more efficiently our dynamic balance improves.

Jenny D’Cruz is a Feldenkrais Practitioner and Physiotherapist.

Sens-ation-all Movements with Sue WARD: The Power of the Pelvis

Join me for ten weeks as we gently explore how the pelvis works for us every day helping our balance, stability and general movements.

Be amazed as you gain a greater understanding of how your pelvis functions as your “Power House”.

Sue Ward worked as a Clinical nurse for over twenty years in Oncology and Haematology before becoming a Feldenkrais Practitioner. As a busy mother of two, Sue believes that if you learn to slow down and pay attention to the way you move life becomes easier and more comfortable.
