In studio instruction and online with ZOOM

When we move better, we feel better and that is only the beginning of the story… The Centre for Movement Studies & Yoga Moves Studio is open for both face-to-face and online ZOOM classes. Classes are recorded should you miss your regular class.

Term 1 Timetable (Feb-Mar 2024)

COVID policy: Please do not attend the studio if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms. You may choose to wear a mask. The studio has a large air purifier with HEPA filter to increase air quality and COVID safety.

Monday:

6.15am - 7.15am Feldenkrais Method Awareness Through Movement: Moving towards Meditation +ZOOM in studio + ZOOM with Sara.

7.20am - 8.20am Meditation: Re/membering +ZOOM in studio + ZOOM with Sara.

10.15am – 11.30am Feldenkrais: Lighten Up level 2, in studio + ZOOM with Sara. Continuing beginners.

1.15pm - 4.30pm Individual lessons in studio & ZOOM with Sara. Bookings required.

5.15pm - 6.30pm Yoga: Physio-led Hatha & Slow Vinyasa, in studio with Jane. Open to all.

7.30pm – 8.45pm Calm Abiding Meditation Course + ZOOM, in studio and on ZOOM with Michael. Open to all.

Tuesday:

9.30am - 10.30am Yoga for Well-Being, in studio + ZOOM with Jess. Beginners welcome.

11am - 12pm Yoga for Trauma Recovery, in studio +ZOOM with Jess. Open to all. 5 wk courses. Bookings required.

12.15pm - 2.30pm Individual lessons with Jess. Bookings required.

5.15pm - 6.30pm Feldenkrais: Wake Up Nimble level 2, in studio and ZOOM with Sara.

6.35pm - 7.35pm Meditation: Re/membering +ZOOM in studio + ZOOM with Sara.

Wednesday

9.15am - 10.45am Yoga: Beyond Beginners, in studio +ZOOM with Claire. Mixed level Hatha, not for absolute beginners.

4pm - 5.15pm Yoga: Physio-led Hatha & Slow Vinyasa, in studio with Jane. Open to all

Thursday

11.30pm - 4.30pm Individual lessons with Jane. Bookings required.

5.30pm - 6.45pm Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement group class: Sit, Stand, Balance & Walk Better in studio and +ZOOM with Sara. Open to all.

7.15pm - 8.15pm Mindfulness Meditation: Returning to Our Natural State, in studio +ZOOM with Richard. By dana (considered donation), open to all.

10am - 11.30am Feldenkrais Wake Up Nimble Level 1 Beginners course, in studio and recorded with Sara.
