Pelvic Floor Basics: Improving Function and Awareness of the Pelvic Floor using the Feldenkrais Method
This course is taught once or twice through the year when there is enough interest. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to find out about course dates.
These 4 classes are designed to give you both information and practical experience of the basic tenets of the Feldenkrais Method and how they can be specifically used for improving your pelvic floor function.
Experience movement lessons related to pelvic floor function (for example when laughing, sneezing, coughing, lifting, exercising, walking, running and taking the stairs)
Explore the relationship between how we use our attention, our ability to make distinctions and how much of ourselves we include in the image of a movement influences our ability to learn.
Come along and expand your ideas/options for improving your pelvic floor function.
