A Potent Life & How to Have One: Using Movement, Curiosity and Learning

How would you describe a potent life?

For Moshe Feldenkrais, identified as one of the first neuroplasticians, it was defined by your ability to fulfill your avowed and unavowed dreams. He was passionate about human potential. His formula was deceptively simple: know what you do in all dimensions, for only then can you choose to do what you want. Keep moving, stay curious and continue learning. But how do we keep these aspirations fresh and constant, daily?

Whether you have done one of our Lights on Feldenkrais workshops before or not, this final workshop is designed to help you develop your own practices for vitality, wonder and awareness through movement.
