January Immersion
Posture Reset for Desk and Screen with Sally Robertson
Start the year by building posture you can trust - comfortable, dynamic, and sustainable
❖ 3 experiential workshops
❖ 6 Awareness Through Movement® classes
❖ and bite-sized somatic snapshots
Forget “sit up straight” and “shoulders back.” This series goes beyond quick fixes and expensive chairs to help you discover what ideal posture truly feels like - posture that supports you, not works against you.
You’ll learn how to:
- Move safely and reduce strain while working at your desk
- Understand how certain movement patterns distort or support comfort and efficiency
- Shift from effort to ease by addressing problems at their source
- Create long-term habits that future-proof your posture
Most of us have no clear model of how we move when we sit and work at a computer. Our attention is captured by the screen, while movement problems quietly percolate in the background. This series helps you put those problems in the rearview mirror and build a foundation for posture that serves you well into the future.
What you’ll gain:
● A clearer understanding of movement relationships that keep your body safe
● Practical strategies for balance, support, and dexterity
● An active literacy in movement - so you can work with comfort and confidence
Why join? Because posture isn’t about holding still - it’s about moving well. Join us to reset your posture and reclaim ease, clarity, and strength at your desk.

Building Better Knees
With Sally Robertson
Discover how your knees can feel stronger, smoother, and happier - step by step.
Knocked, bowed, flexed, or hyperextended - knees come in all shapes and stories. But here’s the secret: when you understand nature’s design and give your knees the right kind of practice, they start working with you, not against you.
In this series of gentle, precision-based Awareness Through Movement lessons, you’ll explore how your knees connect with their “relatives” - hips, ankles, feet, and spine - to create effortless movement.
As your knees learn to cooperate, you may notice something surprising - their absence. Instead of demanding attention with aches and stiffness, they quietly support you with ease. You’ll find a new sense of confidence in walking, climbing stairs and everyday life.
Take aways:
- Learn how to integrate hips, ankles, and spine for better knee function.
- Understand why timing in the feet and toes matters for knee health.
- Discover the dream of every patella (yes, your kneecap has one!).
- Master how to aim your knee so it tracks beautifully over your foot.
- Grasp just enough anatomy to make your “how” smarter with “why”.
Why join?
Because your knees deserve a future where they bend smoothly, straighten strongly, and stop arguing with the rest of your body. This is your chance to build better knees and unlock a smarter, more connected body for the life you want to lead. Step into a life where knowledge and awareness create lasting ease.
