Feldenkrais Immersion: Getting Your Head in the Game with certified Feldenkrais Practitioner & Assistant Trainer, Sara Elderfield

The way we carry the head has a profound effect on posture and movement throughout the entire body. Even small changes in how the head is supported can lighten the spine, ease tension in the shoulders and back, and free the natural flow of movement. Over 5 days, we will explore the full, comfortable range of movement available to the head and neck. Each day builds on the last, helping you refine how your head is organized, how your neck participates, and how your whole system supports these changes. Each morning includes two lessons with a short break for discussion and integration, allowing new patterns to settle before moving on.
