New Feldenkrais class on Saturday mornings
The Way You Walk
with Feldenkrais Practitioner Sally Robertson
The Way You Walk (PDF)
In this series of Awareness Through Movement classes, you’ll discover how small shifts in your walk can transform how you move through life. By bringing attention to the subtle coordination and timing within your walking – how support is found, how movement is transferred, how effort is distributed – you’ll begin to sense new possibilities.
As familiar patterns shift, walking can become more coordinated, more efficient and more enjoyable. These classes offer a space to rediscover walking as something light, intentional, and uniquely yours whether you’re looking to improve comfort, coordination, or simply reconnect with the joy of walking.
